Bricking day 1 (d53)

The bricking started today with termite barrier going in. It takes after it's name termiglass. Just small pellets of glass. I was asked to come see what needed to be done about the inconsistent brick layout. On one side of the portico the single height brick can be visible while the other it can not be seen. It is cause by the drop down in the garage space, that causes this inconsistency. I am not too fussed about it. The brick layer said it happens when a double hieght brick is used. Most people will render the house to hide the difference. But we are keeping it as face brick.
