Framework arrived (d19)

Waa happy to see the frame work arrive today. It doesn't look like there's enough. Maybe some will turn up later.

I've seen frames go up very fast, hopefully they can do the same here.
Trucks running over the water meter cracked the lid and has sunking the meter. SS has advised he will fix it.
