For those who just discovered my blog. I have chosen to back date all the events, that I have undertaken in our construction process. I have uploaded a heap of photos without descriptions. I will do the best I can to remember the event and document them. Not only have I realised that this helps me remember stuff, but I can put it back onto the builder later as proof and evidence.

Some of you might remember that I used facebook to document stuff, but it ends up being tedious with inviting followers, so I feel this is easier and available to the public. The good thing about this blog is that there are plenty more photos to looks at.

I've been stained (d96)

I went by the block today to discover the doors had been stained and the window protection had been removed. I took some snaps from looking in from the windows.

Toilet and bathroom windows. I think we'll need to apply translucent stuff here, we want our privacy.

I waited all day for a call from my site supervisor. They are supposed to call weekly, but mine has been calling me every 2 weeks. Maybe because I live like 3 mins away, he knows I'm there everyday checking up.

I had a thorough external look at the house today. I noticed they had missed the support beams across the top of window in fills.

I had a chance to go inside for once. I really wanted to know how our colour selection looked like since it's what we'll be seeing all the time.

The painters said they will finish the final coat tomorrow, and will be completely finish by Friday. I didn't bother going with Metricon on feature walls. I figured it will be cheaper to get a painter in later on to do it for us.
