Here are our plans. It cleary shows the difficulty of the retaining wall. The top right hand corner of the house is tight, and for us to obtain adequate clear walkway, we had to retain upto boundary. The top boundary is the main road. The triangular are at the back is our yard space. We have a fairly good side space since we set the house 500 off the left boundary.

We've done it

Finally, DMR has granted us permission to construct the wall. Now to obtain some quotes.

I need to send this information onto BCC for processing so they can complete the building approval on the house.

All these delays are going to costs us dearly with Metricon.
